This Journal which should be cited as R/S UJPL Volume 9(1), 2022, is dedicated to the pursuit, dissemination, and promotion of knowledge within public law area in Nigeria. The Journal therefore welcomes scholarly articles, short notes, case notes, book reviews and statute reviews within the area of Nigeria public law and cognate areas for consideration by Editorial Board.

- Submission must not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
- Submission must be original works of contributors and all references to published works by other authors must be clearly and distinctly acknowledged.
- An abstract of no more than 200 words must accompany every submission.
- Submission must not contain more than 7000 words. Any submission that exceeds 7000 words will not be accepted.
- Name, title, academic qualification, email address and telephone numbers of contributors should be provided on the first page of the submission.
- Submission should be in Microsoft word on A4, 1.5 spacing, 12 font sizes (for body text) and 10(for footnotes), Times Romans with automatic footnotes numbered consecutively. Endnotes are not accepted.
- The NALT Uniform Citation Guides should be a adhered to strictly by all contributors.
